At ABSON CLOTHING, we strive to provide premium-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All products sold on ABSON CLOTHING are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under normal circumstances.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We only accept claims for damaged or defective products.
To request a replacement or review, customers must provide:
- A clear unboxing video proof starting from opening the sealed package
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
- Order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Information)
Without proper video proof, no claim will be accepted.
3. Claim Time Limit
Customers must report damaged or defective products within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
4. Approval of Claims
Once our team verifies the issue, we may offer:
- Replacement of the damaged product, or
- Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)
Refunds are generally not provided.
5. Incorrect Usage / Wear & Tear
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Change of mind after purchase
