  • ABSON CLOTHING accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Once shipped, orders may take approximately 7–10 business days to reach the customer depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen delays.
  • Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales, weather issues, or courier-related delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS (if available).

5. Delayed / Lost Shipments

  • ABSON CLOTHING is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances.
  • If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in checking with the courier partner.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • ABSON CLOTHING will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged product, customers must provide a complete unboxing video proof and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Without valid video proof, claims may not be accepted.
